Needs assessment

We define what each group needs: runners, finishers, staff and volunteers. With your past registrations we build the size run.

Sample presentation

We show you garment and fabric options with physical samples, so you can see and feel the quality before you decide.

Tailored proposal

We prepare the design with your race's identity and sponsors, along with the quote. Together we choose the decoration: sublimation, DTF, vinyl or embroidery.

Production sample

Before we produce the full order, we send you a production sample for approval. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Production with quality control

We make your order with quality control at every stage, from the fabric to the last seam.

Delivery

Your apparel arrives sorted by size, ready to build the kits before packet pickup.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the garment and the type of customization. We confirm the exact minimum in your proposal, before you make any decision.

Can you design our uniforms?

Yes. Our design team builds the proposal around your identity: garments, colors and customization with embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl, patches or sublimation.

How long do production and delivery take?

It depends on volume and customization. Give us your target date and we'll put a written timeline in your proposal. If you have an event or season coming up, tell us from the first contact.

How is pricing set?

Your quote is built on your volume, the garments you choose, the customization and how often you restock. Request it and we'll go through it with you.

What is the ordering process?

A review of what you need, a presentation with samples, a design proposal and quote, a production sample for your approval, production with quality control, delivery and quarterly follow-up.

Can I see samples before deciding?

Yes. Before the quote we show you options with physical samples, and before production you approve a production sample. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
